Lic Esther Turgman graduated as a Nutritionist-Dietitian atthe University of Panama in 2007. She became interested in physical activity from an early age and practiced gymnastics at a competitive level. She had the opportunity to be part of the pre-selection of Artistic Gymnastics in Panama between the years 2002-2003. Now, She is a triathletes, a cyclist and a runner!

She went on various courses in different areas of nutrition:
     Nutritional Approach in Gastroenterology;
     Energy Principles of Nutrition and Physical Activity and Sport;
     Supplementation and Doping in Sport and Physical Activity and
     Programs for Prevention and Treatment of Child Malnutrition in Latin America and the Caribbean.

In 2009, she majored in Exercise Physiology at the University of Panama. She had the opportunity to attend various sports athletes, especially triathletes and marathoners, some of them internationals in both disciplines.
